Robyn oversees
the day-to-day operations of the office and is a de facto member of all committees. She is responsible for coordinating all the elements of the workshops, as well as for brochure production, accounting and volunteer coordination. Among Robyn's other duties are developing itineraries and flyers for each workshop and ad production. Robyn was Project Manager and content provider for the Web site redevelopment effort in 2004, and is currently responsible for the site's maintenance. She also handles various day-to-day activities such as phone calls and participant registrations. Prior to working for Friends, Robyn was part of the volunteer corp, worked in the office and was a participant on several workshops.

Laura's duties include answering phones, bookkeeping, data entry, fulfillment, and assisting the Director with the day to day operations of the organization.
